Tour Overview

You are picked up from your hotel to start the trip to Highland. Out of NhaTrang city, you will visit Dien Khanh ancient citadel (built century 17th) and Nha Tho Da (Stone Church) which was built in 1973. To continue the trip, you will explore peaceful Vietnamese traditional village, where you can visit fruit farms and talk to friendly local people to get more knowledge of farmers’ life.

Itinerary

Day 1: Nha Trang – Ban Me Thuot (200km)

You are picked up from your hotel to start the trip to Highland. Out of Nha Trang city, you will visit Dien Khanh ancient citadel (built century 17th) and Nha Tho Da (Stone Church) which was built in 1973.  To continue the trip, you will explore peaceful Vietnamese traditional village, where you can visit fruit farms and talk to friendly local people to get more knowledge of farmers’ life.

Then, we drive to Highway 27. This is the main road from Nha Trang to Ban Me Thuot which is bendy and meandering beautiful high hills. We stop and take great photos at Phuong Hoang pass (phoenix pass).  You can feel fresh air, cool gentle wind blowing to your face, wallow in green nature with immense wild forest.

Take rest and have lunch at chicken rice restaurant. After that, we visit rubber plantations which was set up by French in 1900s. End of the first day at 2-star hotel, you sleep here and prepare for the coming great second day trip.

Day 2: Ban Me Thuot – Lak Lake (160km)

Have Breakfast and enjoy highland café at the hotel. The second day trip in our journey, we will visit one of huge waterfalls in Vietnam- Draynur waterfall.  On the way to the waterfall, we visit a famous traditional handicraft village (product drums). At Draynur Waterfall, you can enjoy grandiose mountains of Highland, swim in cool nature water and relax.

Next destination is Lak Lake (Ho Lak). You will walk along wild paths to Laklake. Besides, we visit sweetscented cocoa plantation. Stopping at Ho Lak, you will have new experience in sleeping in a traditional house on stilts (Nha san) of ethnic minority people.

Day 3: Lak Lake – Da lat (190km)

After breakfast, you continue to explore a mountain village of Mnong people while you ride elephant.

After that, we drive along Highway 27 to Da Lat. Twisty roads, tortuous pass, and deep green coffee and pepper farms in 2 sides of the road ensure to bring a fantastic feeling to you.

You will enjoy Highland purely typical foods at a local restaurant. After lunch, we head to  ThacVoi (elephant waterfall), silk factory, and try some Chon coffee (weasel coffee) at a local farm. Also, you have chance to know some famous coffee brands in Vietnam.

The end of day 3, you spend your night at a hotel in Da Lat.

Day 4: Da Lat – Mui Ne (180km)

After breakfast at hotel, our tour guide will guide you to discover Highland city, Da Lat, one of the most poetic and romantic city in Vietnam with beautiful waterfalls, colorful flower gardens, and French typical unique architectures. On the way to Mui Ne, we will stop to visit Crazy House (one of the most bizarre house in the world, voted by People’s daily), chicken minority village, mushroom village. During journey from Da Lat to Mui Ne, you will enjoy beautiful view of rain forests, approximate 2000-metre in high of tortuous mountains. Arriving to Mui Ne, you will explore red sand dunes and fishing village, then spend the 4th night of your journey here.

Day 5: Mui Ne – Sai Gon (250km)

Have breakfast and coffee at hotel. The last day of your journey will guide you to border route to Sai Gon instead Highway 1A. This route is not only beautiful, peaceful, but also cool, spaciously and few traffic which is very suitable for motor drivers. On the way, we will stop to discover Binh Chau hot stream, dragon fruit farm, war relics. We finish our wonderful journey in Sai Gon.
