Tour Overview

Tour guide pick you up from you hotel, leave ceaseless city to discover watery region, My Tho, 80km south of Sai Gon. We will drive through immense paddy field to feel flavour of countryside. We will visit Dong Tam snake farm and try feeling of carry on a big snake in your hands. Then, we visit Vinh Trang pagoda, one of the biggest and oldest pagoda in Viet Nam, and traditional craft village making incense. Next, we drive to Ben Tre to visit a famous coconut candy manufacturer. And, you don’t forget to taste some amazing sweeten coconut candy and buy some for your friends and your family as a southern Vietnam gift!!! Also, we drop by bee honey farm to discover. By the end of our day, we sleep in a guesshouse in Con Phung peninsula, which bring you a fantastic feeling.

Itinerary

Day 1: Sai Gon - My Tho, Ben Tre (150km)

Tour guide pick you up from you hotel, leave ceaseless city to discover watery region, My Tho, 80km south of Sai Gon. We will drive through immense paddy field to feel flavour of countryside.  We will visit Dong Tam snake farm and try feeling of carry on a big snake in your hands. Then, we visit Vinh Trang pagoda, one of the biggest and oldest pagoda in Viet Nam, and traditional craft village making  incense. Next, we drive to Ben Tre to visit a famous coconut candy manufacturer. And, you don’t forget to taste some amazing sweeten coconut candy and buy some for your friends and your family as a southern Vietnam gift!!! Also, we drop by bee honey farm to discover. By the end of our day, we sleep in a guesshouse in Con Phung peninsula, which bring you a fantastic feeling.

Day 2: Ben Tre - Tra Vinh (Soc Trang) 170km

Continue our trip discovering the watery Western region, we drive on trail through tropical fruit farms  to see life of people around. When arrving to Tra Vinh, you will visit a minority village of Kh’mer people, a famous Kh’mer pagoda to know about Kh’mer culture. Along the peaceful countryside roads to Cu Lao Duong island, you can catch a real alive picture of farmers on paddy fields or fishermen on boats. After enjoying the fresh air and enjoy the watery view at Cu Lao Duong, we will drive to Soc Trang and spend our night here.

Day 3: Soc Trang - Can Tho (150km)

After breakfast, we will discover Soc Trang town, where variety of ethnic group living, such as Kh’mer, Hoa, Kinh. We visit a museum of Kh’mer, clay pagoda (built in century 20th and made by clay, famous for more than 100 clay statues and especially 4 giant candles lighting up whole day and night for over 80 years). Next, we visit bat pagoda. After that, we driving to Can Tho to discover Cai Son fruit farm and spend a night at a homestay here.

Day 4: Can Tho - Rach Gia (ferry to Phu Quoc Island) 150km

Mentioning to the West watery region, we can’t forget to talk about floating market, especially Cai Rang floating market. To discovery lives of Southwestern people and join in the Cai Rang  floating market, our tour guide will wake you up at 5 am to have breakfast and take a boat to visit Cai Rang  floating market then. After 1 hour on boat for enjoy amazing beauty of Mekong Delta, we arrive to Cai Rang  float market. You will be impressed by bustle of more than 300 small and big boats in progress of buying and selling.

After that, we continue to drive to Rach Gia town and you spend a night here before you take a ferry to beautiful Phu Quoc  island in early morning  next day.
